Return & Exchange Policy – Fermentation Lab
At Fermentation Lab, we are committed to providing the highest quality specialty coffee and coffee products to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer a clear return and exchange policy to guarantee your satisfaction.
Return Policy:
• Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and unopened.
• Ground coffee or whole beans cannot be returned once the package has been opened to maintain quality and health standards.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Exchange Policy:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping costs to replace it with the correct item.
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, with photos attached to show the issue.
• The replacement product will be sent after reviewing and approving the exchange request.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Opened coffee products (ground coffee or whole beans).
• Used or damaged products due to improper handling.
• Custom orders or special promotions (unless there was an error from our side).
